Vol. 568 No. 5

Written Answers. - Flood Relief.

John McGuinness

Ceist:

207 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Finance if his officials dealing with the Kilkenny flood relief scheme will meet with the owners of a mill (details supplied) to discuss the problems being experienced at the mill caused by the scheme; if undertakings can be given regarding the impact of the scheme when completed on the workings of the mill; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [16833/03]

OPW officials have already had discussions with the mill owners. A further meeting has been arranged for 9 July 2003. The impact of the scheme when completed on the workings of the mill is one of the matters on the agenda for discussion at this meeting.
