383 Mr. Crawford asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform when an application by persons (details supplied) in County Monaghan to the Land Registry Office for subdivision, made in October 2000, will be dealt with; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [16403/03]
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this is an application for transfer of part which was lodged on 8 January 2001. Dealing number D2001CS000068M refers.
I am further informed that this application is associated with two applications for transfer of part which were lodged on 16 November, 1999 and on 30 November, 2000. Dealing numbers D1999CS007827V and D2000CS009111Y refer. I can assure the Deputy that these applications are receiving attention in the Land Registry and will be completed as soon as possible.
