Ceist:

395 Aengus Ó Snodaigh asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if the attention of the Government has been drawn to instances of information on individuals in this State getting into the hands of loyalist paramilitaries; if not, the specific steps he has taken to satisfy himself that this is not happening; and if so, the steps the Government is taking to secure the safety of these individuals. I am advised by the Garda authorities that there is no evidence, at present, of this type of activity being carried out by loyalist paramilitaries in this jurisdiction. If such activity is uncovered an appropriate Garda response will be put in place to ensure the safety of any affected parties.
