120 Ms Moynihan-Cronin asked the Minister for the Environment Heritage and Local Government when the promised high level heritage liaison group will be established; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [16512/03]
Following the announcement of 16 April 2003 about the reorganisation of heritage functions at central Government level, details of the necessary legislative changes are at present being finalised with the Parliamentary Counsel with a view to completing a transfer of functions order. When this has been formalised, the proposed high level heritage liaison group will be established immediately.
