195 Ms McManus asked the Minister for Education and Science if a special needs assistant will be provided for a person (details supplied) in County Wicklow given that this person has been attending St. Catherine's EDC in Newcastle but must now move into mainstream education; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I am aware of the case referred to by the Deputy. The application in question will be considered as quickly as possible and a response will issue to the school in question immediately thereafter.
