86 Mr. Howlin asked the Minister for Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs when the promised consultation paper on proposed changes in the charities legislation will be published; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [17749/03]
I am happy to assure the Deputy that the position remains as I indicated to him on 27 May last. The target for publication of the consultation paper on charities regulation is this summer. The paper will be publicly available and it will also be posted on my Department's website.
