507 Mr. Wall asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if his attention has been drawn to the concerns of persons (details supplied) in County Kildare in regard to the problems encountered by their child; if so, the action taken in relation to the matter; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I am informed by the Garda authorities that the gardaí at Naas are aware of the issue raised by the Deputy and are currently in the process of conducting a comprehensive investigation into the complaint.
