The process of acquiring a site is still ongoing. Ultimately, the acquisition will depend on an acceptable price being reached; the relative priority accorded to Castleisland by the Department of Justice, Equality and Law Reform; and the availability of sufficient funds to complete the purchase at the appropriate time.
