1236 Mr. Wall asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if his attention has been drawn to the concerns of persons (details supplied) in County Kildare in regard to problems encountered by their child; if so, the action taken in relation to the matter; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I refer the Deputy to my answer to Question No. 507 on 1 July last. The Garda authorities inform me that the investigation is continuing into the complaint.
