332 Mr. O'Shea asked the Minister for Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs the specific allocation of his staff whose principal duty is to ensure that his Department is effectively engaged with RAPID communities; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [21400/03]
Responsibility for co-ordinating the implementation of the RAPID programme rests with the local development unit in my Department. A principal officer, an assistant principal officer and a higher executive officer, supported by an executive officer and clerical officer from this unit are assigned in addition to other duties to this programme.
