105 Mr. Stagg asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he has now received the report from the steering group working under the SMI on Garda organisational structures; the main findings of the report; if it is intended to publish the report; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I expect to receive the SMI steering group's report in the near future and I will give careful consideration to all of its recommendations, including the question of publication.
