134 Mr. Timmins asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the position in the case of a person (details supplied) in County Wicklow who is waiting to be paid 2003 area aid; if this can be awarded as a matter of urgency; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [23518/03]
The 2003 area aid application for the person named has been fully processed with an area determined for payment purposes of 109.98 hectares. He will be paid his full entitlement under the 2003 area-based compensatory allowance scheme shortly.
135 Cecilia Keaveney asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the position on 2003 area aid application for a person (details supplied) in County Donegal; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [23521/03]
The person named included a land parcel on his 2003 area aid application that was also being claimed on another herdowner's application. Both herdowners have been written to in this regard and replies are awaited. Until this matter is resolved his area aid application cannot be fully processed and no area-related payments can issue.
136 Cecilia Keaveney asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the position on a REP scheme plan application for a person (details supplied) in County Donegal; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [23522/03]
My Department returned an application to the person named in July 2001, as there were title issues to be resolved. In this context, the applicant was written to in July 2002 indicating that an application would be accepted, subject to certain conditions. No REPS application has been received from the person named since this correspondence issued.
137 Mr. Ellis asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if his Department will now make a REP scheme payment to a person (details supplied) in County Leitrim. [23582/03]
The application has now been processed and payment will issue within the next two weeks.
