177 Mr. Perry asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if the fact that 18 animal carcase burial licences have been issued already in 2003 will make a major difference to the companies which are already coping with the carcase collections in County Sligo; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Burial licences are only issued in exceptional circumstances. Accordingly, I do not expect the issue of such licenses in County Sligo to have any impact on the companies collecting fallen animals in that county.
