Ceist:308 Mr. Penrose asked the Minister for Education and Science if the Government, during the course of its allocations for 2004, will allocate an additional ?5 million to allow current core funding of youth programmes and youth work with disadvantaged young people to continue, to ensure that outstanding elements of the Youth Work Act 2001 are put in place and to enable implementation of the first phase of the national youth work development plan; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
