Written Answers. - Registration of Title.
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this is an application for transfer of part and first registration which was lodged on 28 April 2003. Dealing Number D2003PS007835D refers. I am further informed that a query issued to the lodging solicitor on 21 October 2003 and that the application cannot proceed until this query has been satisfactorily resolved. I understand that due to the complicated nature of this type of application, which requires detailed examination of an applicant's entitlement to the prop erty concerned, it is not possible to estimate a date of completion at this time. However, I can assure the Deputy that on receipt of a satisfactory reply, the matter will receive further attention in the Land Registry.
