135 Ms McManus asked the Minister for Health and Children if, in view of the budget submission of the Spinal Injuries Action Association for 2004, funding will be provided due to the great need; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [25920/03]

Discussions on the 2004 Estimates will be concluded shortly, followed by the publication of the Abridged Estimates on 13 November next. Final decisions on 2004 spending will be announced on budget day, 3 December.
