212 Mr. Timmins asked the Minister for Defence his proposals to deal with the chromium 6 and phosphorous substances found at the Army training camp, Kilbride, County Wicklow; the quantity of these; the location and time in which it originated; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [26601/03]

An investigation is currently ongoing into the discovery of certain substances at the Army training camp, Kilbride, County Wicklow. An environmental consultant has been appointed to assist the Defence Forces in this regard. The consultant is in liaison with the Environmental Protection Agency and Wicklow County Council.
