261 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Education and Science further to Parliamentary Question No. 118 of 9 October 2003 and his Department's reply of 3 November 2003, if he will review the request and refer to the agreement reached between his Department and local Church of Ireland schools regarding this matter; if a response will be issued as soon as possible; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Minister for Education and Science (Mr. N. Dempsey):

The pupils to whom the Deputy refers reside 0.7 miles from the route of service to the Church of Ireland school in question. As the pupils have a level of service within guidelines, my Department has no plans to review their transport arrangements.
