Ceist:394 Ms Shortall asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if his attention has been drawn to a murder trial (details supplied) in Dublin which was due to begin on 24 November 2003 but which had to be deferred due to the absence of a judge; if his attention has further been drawn to the fact that a new trial date has been set for October 2004; if his attention has further been drawn to the considerable distress which this is causing to the family of the murder victim; if an earlier trial date will be arranged; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
