Ceist:

399 Mr. Gormley asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he has reviewed security preparations for the planned EU-US summit in 2004 following the terrorist acts in Turkey; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [29502/03]

I am informed by the Garda authorities that the Garda Síochána will regularly review its security plans for the Irish Presidency of the European Union, having regard to pertinent world events.
