415 Mr. Perry asked the Minister for the Environment Heritage and Local Government the date an inspection will be carried out on the house of a person (details supplied) in County Sligo who has applied for the first time buyers grant; the reason for the delay; and if he will make a statement on the matter. A recent inspection has determined that the floor area of this house exceeds the maximum limit of 125 sq. m. A grant cannot therefore be allowed and the applicant has been informed accordingly.
