423 Mr. Morgan asked the Minister for the Environment Heritage and Local Government the location at which the Environmental informal meeting scheduled for 14, 15 and 16 May 2004 will take place, with respect to the Irish Presidency of the Council of the European Union. [29897/03]

The informal meeting of the Council of Environment Ministers in May 2004 will be held in Waterford city.
