Six freedom of information requests were received in my Department in November bringing the total to 139 for the period 1 January to 30 November 2003. This compares with 126 received in my Department for the same period in 2002. All requests received in my Department are processed in accordance with both the 1997 and the 2003 Acts and their implementation is kept under constant review.
