Prohibition of Ticket Touts Bill 2005: First Stage.

I move:

That leave be granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to render it unlawful for any unauthorised person to sell or offer for sale tickets for major sporting, musical or theatrical events for a price in excess of the officially designated price.
