I move:
That the proposal that Dáil Éireann approve the following in draft:
Risk Equalisation (Amendment) Scheme, 2005,
Health Insurance Act 1994 (Minimum Benefit) (Amendment) Regulations, 2005,
Health Insurance Act 2001 (Open Enrolment) Regulations, 2005,
copies of which have been laid in draft form before Dáil Éireann on 15 June 2005 be referred to the Joint Committee on Health and Children, in accordance with paragraph (2) of the Orders of Reference of that Committee, which, not later than 28 June 2005 shall send a message to the Dáil in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 85, and Standing Order 84(2) shall accordingly apply.
