This morning, Deputy Rabbitte asked me about the timing of the receipt of the Barr report into the shooting of John Carthy in Abbeylara. I told him at that time that we expected the report tomorrow. Since this morning, I have learnt that this will not be the case. The tribunal stated today that the report is not expected until the middle of July. I apologise to the House and the Carthy family for any upset caused.
