I move:
That the proposal that Dáil Éireann approves the following Regulations in draft:
The Planning and Development (Amendment) Regulations 2008,
copies of which were laid in draft form before Dáil Éireann on 25th June, 2008, be referred to the Joint Committee on the Environment, Heritage and Local Government in accordance with paragraph (2) of the Orders of Reference of that Committee, which, not later than 3rd July, 2008, shall send a message to the Dáil in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 87, and Standing Order 86(2) shall accordingly apply.
