Before calling on the Minister for Finance to announce the Order of Business, I take this opportunity, on my own behalf and on behalf of all Members, to extend our warmest congratulations to the former Ceann Comhairle and Deputy, Mr. Séamus Pattison, on being awarded the freedom of the city of Kilkenny. It is an honour that is well deserved.
