I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 21 and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy Mattie McGrath — the attacks that took place in Tipperary town on St. Patrick's Day; (2) Deputy Dara Calleary — the serious difficulties caused to farmers in County Mayo by delays in REPS 4 payments, the fact that payment levels are considerably below the national payment level and levels in other areas, and the need for an urgent response from the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food; (3) Deputy Thomas Byrne — the urgent need for Slane, County Meath, to be bypassed as soon as possible; (4) Deputy Deirdre Clune — the need to make progress with the building project at Ballygarvan national school, County Cork; (5) Deputy James Bannon — the need for the Minister for Arts, Sports and Tourism to explain why application forms for funding under the 2009 lottery sports grant scheme are not yet available and to outline when he envisages such grants will be paid; (6) Deputy Jimmy Deenihan — the award of grants under the REPS 4 scheme; (7) Deputy Mary Upton — the possible clustering of classes for those with mild general learning difficulties, particularly in the Dublin 8 and Dublin 10 areas; (8) Deputy Caoimhghín Ó Caoláin — the position regarding the roads programme, in view of recent reports that more than 70 road projects will not be proceeded with; and (9) Deputy Joe Costello — the need for the Minister for Transport to ensure that two major public transport projects on the north side of Dublin, the metro and the Luas BX/D projects, are completed without delay under Transport 21.
