Before I call Deputy Gilmore, I wish on my own behalf and on behalf of the Members of Dáil Éireann to offer a cead mile fáilte, a most sincere welcome, to a parliamentary delegation from the Ukraine led by speaker, Mr. Volodymyr Lytvyn, chairman of the Parliament of the Ukraine. I express the hope that the delegates will find their visit enjoyable, successful and to our mutual benefit.
