I move:
That the proposal that Dáil Éireann approves the following Regulations in draft:
The Planning and Development (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2011,
copies of which have been laid in draft form before Dáil Éireann on 23 June 2011, be referred to the Joint Committee on Environment, Transport, Culture and the Gaeltacht, in accordance with Standing Order 82A(3), which, not later than 20 July 2011 shall send a message to the Dáil in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 87, and Standing Order 86(2) shall accordingly apply.
