I move:
That the proposal that Dáil Éireann approves:
(i) the terms of the Agreement between the European Community and its Member States, of the one part, and the Republic of South Africa, of the other part, amending the Agreement on Trade, Development and Cooperation, signed at Kleinmond, South Africa on 11th September, 2009,
(ii) the terms of the Framework Agreement between the European Union and its Member States, of the one part, and the Republic of Korea, of the other part, signed at Brussels on 10th May, 2010,
and
(iii) the terms of the Framework Agreement on Comprehensive Partnership and Cooperation between the European Community and its Member States, of the one part, and the Republic of Indonesia, of the other part, signed at Jakarta, Indonesia on 9th November, 2009,
copies which were laid before Dáil Éireann on 17 January 2013, be referred to the Select Committee on Foreign Affairs and Trade, in accordance with Standing Order 82A(3)(b), which, not later than 23 April 2013, shall send a message to the Dáil in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 87, and Standing Order 86(2) shall accordingly apply.”
