Before coming to Topical Issue Matters, I ask the Minister of State at the Department of the Taoiseach to move a motion.I move:

That, notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders or the Order of the Dáil of today, the Dáil shall sit later than 5.45 p.m. and shall adjourn on the conclusion of Oral Questions.
