It is proposed, notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders or the Order of Business of Tuesday, 21 July 2020, that the motions re the establishment of the Committee on European Affairs, the Committee on the Implementation of the Good Friday Agreement, and the Committee on Finance, Public Expenditure and Reform, and Taoiseach shall be taken now, shall be moved together and shall be decided without debate.
