I move:
That the proposal that Dáil Éireann approves the terms of the Convention on the International Organization for Marine Aids to Navigation, done at Paris on 27th January, 2021, a copy of which was laid before Dáil Éireann on 14th November, 2022, be referred to the Select Committee on Transport and Communications, in accordance with Standing Order 95(1)(a), which, not later than 28th March, 2023, shall send a message to the Dáil in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 101, and Standing Order 100(2) shall accordingly apply.
