I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 37 and the name of the Member in each case:
Deputy Aodhán Ó Ríordáin - to discuss the projected cost to the Government of supporting Ireland's participation in the Euro 2028 Football Championship;
Deputy Gary Gannon - to discuss the need for a Dublin municipal food market;
Deputy Martin Browne - to discuss the 2023 grant allocation to Tipperary County Council for the N24 Cahir to Limerick Junction road project;
Deputy Bernard Durkan - to discuss school transport issues in north Kildare;
Deputy Thomas Pringle - to discuss the proliferation of wind farm applications in the Gweebarra region of Donegal on blanket bog landscape;
Deputy Barry Cowen - to discuss the need to support the employees impacted by the closure of Derrinlough briquette factory;
Deputy Pat Buckley - to discuss health and safety concerns for workers following a serious workplace incident at the Stryker plant in east Cork.
The matters raised by Deputies Bernard Durkan, Thomas Pringle, Pat Buckley and Martin Browne have been selected for discussion.
