I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 37 and the name of the Member in each case:

Deputy Aengus Ó Snodaigh - To discuss incidences of rodents infesting neighbouring homes where the private residence from which the issue stems is owned by someone with underlying mental issues or is in poverty.

Deputy Aindrias Moynihan - To discuss the need to advance a wastewater treatment plant at Crossbarry, County Cork.

Deputy Violet-Anne Wynne - To discuss energy allowances in the household benefits package.

Deputy Pa Daly - To discuss the increase in electricity prices.

Deputy Bernard Durkan - To discuss services at Naas General Hospital.

Deputy Michael Moynihan - To discuss the future of the courthouse building and complex in Kanturk, County Cork.

Deputy Pádraig O'Sullivan - To discuss whether the school transport review will facilitate children in September 2023 who cannot gain access to their nearest schools.

Deputy Louise O'Reilly - To discuss the case of four workers in Limerick who were recently dismissed.

Deputy Jennifer Murnane O'Connor - To discuss the publication of the report on the study on familicide and domestic homicide reviews.

Deputy Brian Stanley - To discuss the need to enable local authorities to implement CCTV schemes for surveillance of illegal dumping.

Deputy Ruairí Ó Murchú - To discuss public liability insurance costs and the effect it is having on tourism and related sectors.

Deputy Maurice Quinlivan - To discuss delays in the creation of the mental health 24-7 de-escalation unit community access support team that is due to be trialled in Limerick.

Deputy Marc MacSharry - To discuss the need to introduce a tax-free allowance for landlords on the first €800 in rent received to bring balance to the market.

Deputy Alan Dillon - To discuss the shortage of special education places in Castlebar.

Deputy Christopher O'Sullivan - To discuss the need for greater roll-out of autism spectrum disorder classes.

Deputy Martin Browne - To discuss the future development of the community nursing unit at St. Patrick's Hospital, Cashel.

The matters raised by Deputies Alan Dillon, Ruairí Ó Murchú, Violet-Anne Wynne and Louise O'Reilly have been selected for discussion.
