I have received apologies from Deputies Christy O'Sullivan and Martin Ferris. Deputy Arthur Morgan will deputise for Deputy Ferris who, unfortunately, is ill. I understand he only was in hospital overnight. On behalf of the joint committee, I wish him a speedy recovery and perhaps Deputy Morgan will convey that message to him.
