The Chairman will be here within the next 20 minutes. We have received apologies from Deputy Corcoran Kennedy.

Before we begin, I remind members to turn off their mobile phones. I propose we go into private session to deal with some housekeeping matters before returning to public session. Is that agreed? Agreed.

The joint committee went into private session at 3.35 p.m. and resumed in public session at 4 p.m.
