Before we start our business concerning the Western Development Commission, I wish to welcome a deputation of civil servants from the Ugandan Parliament. Its members are Alice Nyamwenge Mukyasi, Martha Mwandha Kaganzi, Esther Nadunga, Masereka Oniz Benson and Paul Ouma. If they wish to remain with us for a short time they are welcome to do so. We will soon be meeting a deputation from the Western Development Commission which has responsibility for developments in the western part of our country. The deputation may be interested in that, but if they do not have sufficient time to stay we will let them have a copy of the WDC's presentation.
