The Joint Committee on Education and Science has completed its consideration of the Draft Commission to Inquire into Child Abuse Act 2000 (Section 5) (Specified Period) Order 2005.
Under Standing Order 84(2) the message is deemed to be the report of the committee.
In accordance with Standing Order 67, the following message will be sent to the Seanad:
The Joint Committee on Education and Science has concluded its consideration of the Draft Commission to Inquire into Child Abuse Act 2000 (Section 5) (Specified Period) Order 2005.
Under Standing Order 69(2) the message is deemed to be the report of the committee.
The joint committee went into private session at 3.17 p.m. and adjourned at 3.20 p.m. sine die.
