The secretariat is involved with the joint committee on the hearings concerning Mr. Brian Curtin under Article 35.4.1° of the Constitution and section 39 of the Courts of Justice Act 1924, to which Mr. Jim Mulkerrins will have to devote some time. In this regard, he has been attending court sessions, etc.
