I would like to say how truly sad we are at the sudden death of Senator Kieran Phelan. He was a very nice chap around the Houses and everyone here will miss him. To die so young and so tragically is very difficult for his family and for everyone who knew him. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam uasal. We shall now hold a minute's silence for him.
