The first item on the agenda is the draft minutes of the meetings of 13 and 14 June which have been circulated to members. Are the minutes of these meetings agreed? Agreed. Unless there are matters arising from the minutes we will proceed with the main business of the meeting with three agencies. I will endeavour to run the meeting as efficiently as possible.
