The Minister must leave at 11.35 a.m. to attend another meeting. We have about two hours to conduct two items of business and after that he will respond to the list of items submitted by members following on from the budget announcements. He will be happy to deal with them in the order in which they were submitted. If we do not have sufficient time to go through everything, we will have a meeting in March to deal with the same issues. The Minister's office has provided a written brief and answer to each topic, which will be useful.
