Standing Order 88(2) provides that as soon as may be after the election of a Chairman every committee should elect one of its members to be Vice Chairman. I invite nominations.

It gives me pleasure to nominate Deputy Dinny McGinley as Vice Chairman.
I second that nomination.
As there are no other nominations, I declare Deputy Dinny McGinley elected as Vice Chairman and congratulate him on his election. Having worked with him on other committees, I look forward to working with him in the years ahead. I have no doubt we will work well together.
