I remind Members and those in the Gallery to ensure their mobile phones are completely switched off for the entire duration of the meeting because, even in silent mode, they cause interference with the recording equipment in our committee rooms. I ask that everyone respect this instruction because mobile phones must not be used for any purpose - sending or receiving messages or otherwise - during our meetings.
