There is no urgency about this Bill, so I think, having regard to the fact that alterations have to be made in it, that the Report and other Stages should stand over until the meeting of the Seanad after the Christmas recess, unless any Senator wishes to suggest it should be taken now. But, in view of the changes that have yet to be made in it, I think it is not desirable.
