This Bill was also referred to the same Select Committee, and they have returned it with a number of amendments which have been circulated with the papers sent out to Senators. The Bill, as it stands now, includes these amendments inserted in Committee. I do not know that any Senator wishes to say anything upon the Bill or the amendments. It is really in its essence a formal Bill, and deals with technical matters. As I understand it, the intention in the Bill discloses that the matter is to be reconsidered later on when an Omnibus Bill dealing with the whole subject will be introduced.
