In regard to this Bill, the following message has been received from the Dáil:—
The Dáil agrees to Amendments Nos. I to 40, inclusive, and Nos. 42 and 43 made by the Seanad to the Dairy Produce Bill, 1924; it agrees to Amendment No. 41, as amended by the insertion after the word "premises" of the words "(other than premises registered or required to be registered solely by virtue of sub-section (4) of Section 7 of the Sale of Food and Drugs Act, 1899)," and has made a consequential amendment to the Bill, namely, the insertion in Section 14 (4) after the word "or," line 2, page 12, of the words "(except in the case of premises registered or required to be registered solely by virtue of sub-section (4) of Section 7 of the Sale of Food and Drugs Act, 1899)" to which the agreement of the Seanad is desired.
The House will see that the other House has accepted practically in their entirety all the amendments introduced in this House, with one or two consequential amendments.
